Terms of service
These terms cover use of the public Resum site and, until a separate agreement is signed, the conditions under which Viroke Technologies Inc offers the Resum API and SDK.
Enterprise only
Resum is offered to enterprises only. There is no self-serve plan and no public price. Pricing, support, and a license to run the API and SDK in production come from an agreement with Viroke Technologies Inc.
To ask for that agreement, email williams@viroke.com. A proposal from sales is not a license by itself. The signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
The software
Resum connects a live conversation to named agents. The current release supports realtime sessions on the AssemblyAI platform only. You supply the speech key and, when a session ends with agent files, the OpenAI key.
You are responsible for the audio you submit, the participant names you send, and the keys you configure. You will not use Resum to process audio you do not have rights to capture.

The pages on this site are informational. Viroke Technologies Inc may change the product description, these terms, the privacy policy, and the usage terms as the software changes. The date on each page is the date of that version.
