Privacy policy

This policy describes the public Resum site and the Resum SDK and API published by Viroke Technologies Inc. An enterprise agreement controls if one is signed.

Who we are

Resum is published by Viroke Technologies Inc. The public site introduces the product and tells enterprises how to reach sales.

Questions about Resum go to williams@viroke.com. Viroke Technologies Inc replies to enterprise inquiries from that address.

What this site collects

The site does not create accounts, and it does not accept conversation audio. If you email williams@viroke.com, Viroke Technologies Inc keeps that correspondence to answer the inquiry and, if you become a customer, to administer the agreement.

What the SDK processes

When you run Resum, audio you supply is sent to AssemblyAI realtime speech-to-text with the speech key you configure. Finalized turns are written to a transcript file on the machine running the session.

When the session ends, the transcript is sent to OpenAI, model gpt-4o-mini, with the key you configure. Resum then writes one text file per named agent. Those calls use your credentials. Viroke Technologies Inc does not receive the audio or the transcript through this public site.

Participant names are sent as speaker labels and included in the summary request. Agent names become filenames. STT_KEY and OPENAI_API_KEY stay in your environment. Resum logs whether a key is configured, not the key itself, and it does not log an RTMP URL.

How long sales email is kept

Sales correspondence is kept for as long as the inquiry or the enterprise relationship needs it, and then deleted or archived under the agreement that applies. You can ask williams@viroke.com to delete a sales thread that has not become a contract.
